High Time

A short Poem

Hi Friends,

I recently made some ideas into a short poem called ‘High Time’.

It’s high time I
timed out.
Wrote a short
note for notice,
af-
-ter the fact.

For
focus on that
lack of focus
carves deep
in a mind,
marble black.

Deep in a mind
set in stone,
set alone,
saying “set me above the clouds”.

“I’m quite enjoying the recent foray into fiction/poetry. I’ve also come to learn that some people find it easier to engage with ideas through a story, poem, or tale rather than an explicit non-fiction piece. I’ll continue to do both. As you can tell, I’m experimenting with my content, and delivery of said content, on this newsletter. I hope you enjoy it.”
